1. Use of the App
- AI HeadShot allows users to generate images using artificial intelligence.
- The app is intended for personal and entertainment purposes only.
- Users must upload their images to enable AI-based image generation.

2. AI Output Disclaimer
- The images generated are the result of AI models and may not always meet user expectations.
- Variations, artistic differences, or minor defects may appear in the final output.
- As this is an AI-based process, we do not guarantee perfect results for every image.

3. Coin Usage and Refunds
- The app operates on a coin-based system for generating AI images.
- Coins are non-refundable, including in cases where:
  - The AI-generated image contains unexpected artifacts or defects.
  - The output differs from user expectations.
- Please view sample images or try limited versions before purchasing coins.

4. Ownership and Usage Rights
- You retain full ownership of the photos you upload.
- By uploading an image, you grant us a temporary, limited license to use the image solely for the purpose of generating your AI result.
- This license is automatically terminated once the generated image is delivered and your original upload is deleted.

5. Image Deletion Policy
- All uploaded photos are deleted from our servers immediately after the AI generation is completed.
- We do not store, reuse, or share your images.

6. Prohibited Content
- You may not upload offensive, illegal, sexually explicit, or copyrighted material.
- Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension of your access to the app.

7. Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time if you violate these terms or misuse the service.

1. Face Data Collection and Usage
 Our app uses facial detection technology solely to process two user-uploaded photos and generate an AI-rendered image. The facial data extracted (e.g., facial geometry and position) is used only during the photo generation process. We do not collect biometric identifiers or store face data for identification purposes.
  Face data is either processed on the device or temporarily uploaded to secure cloud servers. In either case, it is automatically deleted after the image is generated or within 72 hours. We do not share face data with any third parties, and users can delete their photos and results at any time.

2. Information We Collect
- We collect images you upload only for the purpose of generating AI results.
- We may also collect anonymous data such as device type, app usage statistics, and crash logs to improve app performance.

3. How We Use Your Data
- Uploaded images are used exclusively for generating AI HeadShot.
- We do not use, share, or store these images beyond the AI generation process.

4. Image Deletion Policy
- All uploaded images are deleted immediately after the AI image is generated.
- We do not store, view, or use your images for training, marketing, or any other purpose.
